Hi, I’m Lova Gomez, and with over 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve been fortunate to help many first-time homebuyers achieve the American dream of homeownership. When I first started as a loan originator, I helped homeowners save thousands through debt consolidation refinance loans.

I take great pride in walking clients through the process of buying their first home, especially for those who are unfamiliar with the steps involved. Every borrower is different, and I make sure to conduct comprehensive consultations to ensure the best possible outcome for each client.

I’m originally from the Dominican Republic, grew up in New York, and have been proud to call Southwest Florida my home for the last nine years. I’m a family man, happily married with two wonderful children, and a fan of the Yankees and the Giants.

About Sherri Denning

Sherri G. Denning began her real estate career in 1982, bringing with her a strong background as an advertising manager for a chain of Southwest Florida newspapers. That experience laid the foundation for her marketing expertise and deep understanding of the local market. 
 
In 1987, she founded Southern Land Investments and Real Estate, Inc., building it from the ground up into one of LaBelle's most respected real estate firms. In 2010, the company merged with Heritage Land Company to become Southern Heritage Real Estate & Investments, Inc., further strengthening its presence and reputation in the community. 
 
Through decades of dedication and leadership, Sherri has established Southern Land/Southern Heritage as LaBelle's premier real estate office. She is a consistent top producer, specializing in commercial properties, acreage, development opportunities, residential homes, and waterfront properties.
